Mac Mini / Windows 7 / PowerDVD / Blu-Ray disk drive combo can't play blu-ray? Why?

Hi all,

I have the above combo. Trying to play blu-ray dvd but powerdvd won't play. Mac Mini is not built for blu-ray?

mac osx can't play blue-ray movies. i don't see why win7 wouldn't though. "won't play" is way too vague of a problem description to get you any real answers.
