Can't check SEO with Google Cache?

I'm trying to see how I'm getting on with my Search Engine Optimization, yet am not getting accurate results as many searches are displaying 'cached' on google.
I am using firefox, I have cleared history and cache in firefox but still displaying 'cached' on google. I imagine it's through google. How do I clear it and get accurate SEO results? 😕

Use the Ad Preview

Yes, the Google cache and Firefox cache are *completely* different.
