I need a bandwidth monitor that tracks my usage over various timeframes. I've tried ridge, and it worked OK, but now the developer is charging for it so I'd like to switch to something better and perhaps free. Does anyone have any recommendations as to what I should download?
Free would be nice, but I'd pay for something that really works well.

The Activity Monitor can monitor how much you download and upload, but it resets itself every time you restart.
