Sixtyforce and Controller Sensitivity?

This is crazy annoying. I'm playing Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and it's impossible to beat a portion because the controllers are overly sensitive. It requires aiming and it's impossible to get on the target from the correct distance due to the controller jumping too much.

Can you customize sensitivity in this app?
