Connect Macbook to Windows Vista cpu at home

Hey i saw some threads about doing it wirelessly but right now I'm up at college and that is not a viable option for me. What I want to know is if I can connect to my home cpu or use the internet of my home computer. Thanks guys. Let me know if you need any specs from my laptop, my os is the latest version of leopard, not snow leopard tho. Thanks guys and gals.
