Where does iTunes store my iPhone videos?

Just synced my iPhone to iTunes, and I'm wondering where does iTunes store my iPhone videos?

You can import them via iPhoto.

In iTunes, under the Photos Tab, I checked the option to "Include videos". When I hit Sync, I assumed iTunes grabbed my iPhone videos and stored them someone on my hard disk.

No that means syncing videos from your computer TO your iPhone.
