I have about 50 episodes of a TV show I'm going to encode. The audio goes out of sync when I use VisualHub, but doesn't when I use HandBrake, so I'm using HandBrake to encode them all.

Since these 50 files are all going to be the same settings (resolution, bitrate, audio etc) is there a quicker method to getting all of them into the queue than clicking 'source' selecting the file and then clicking add to queue? I'd really rather just select them all at once.

There's a command line version of handbrake, so if you do a loop through all the episodes, that might work.

Never tried it myself, though.

I did post over at the HandBrake forums a year ago asking if this could be a feature - some guys posted info with CLI commands (which ended up in the topic being locked for some bizarre reason) that looked pretty confusing.
