cellular data network gone from my settings

i had cellular data networks in my iphone now the option is gone any ideas? 2g 16gig
 
You can try installing APN edit from cydia. Also there are websites you can navigate to on your iphone that will let you change the internet settings, and apply it to the phone.
 
got apn edit from cydia and gotno options ,do you know what causes the loss of these options?
