iOS Complete n00b _ Where to start if I want to learn how to make an app?

I have NO knowledge of Objective C, Cocoa or whatever else is needed to make apps. MAde the Hello,World app and the button click app but that was just coping things straight from one thing to another.
Anyone recommend E-books , videos or books would really be appreciated !
