Change of Ownership

If one were to sell a mac that is still under warranty or applecare, how would they change who Apple sees as the owner?
 
If you have the Apple Care documents, read them. Somewhere in one of the sections the topic of transfer is addressed. Basics of is that you have to call Apple and give them a bunch of information.
