iPod Uncap iPod EU Volume limit

Hi I'm kind of new to this.
I would like to uncap all of my iPods on my mac.. i have no idea what they're called... Anyway I've downloaded GoPod on my mac and it doesn't open. Is there any way to fix this or any other program I use to do this?
