OS X 10.6 Add Ons?

Was curious if anybody knows of a add on for OS X 10.6 that creates a water ripple effect around your mouse cursor whenever you select or click onto something? Kinda like dashboard does. Other cool add ons that anybody knows of please post as well.

In the past those types of haxies had one effect, well two. Causing a slow down on your system and introducing instabilities.

Check out the offerings from unsanity I don't there's too much products out there to do what you're asking but there's a few utilities like from unsanity. Apple for the most part discourages thinking different or self expression when it comes to their OS, so any updates typically break those types of apps.
