Getting an enlargment at Sams Club printed (20"x30")

Ok simple question.

I am having a large photo printed at Sams Club (20"x30"). Should I upload the original document or should I enlarge the document size in photoshop beforehand?

Below are the original picture specs:

Most of the time, the uprez at the printer will outperform anything you can do in Photoshop.
