I can't remember what the font set was called, which Apple is using recently on the iBooks, PowerBooks, on their websites, etc.
It's not the classic Apple Garamond.

Anyone?

Yup thats the one, it comes standard with Photoshop and all Adobe products. I think it also comes with OS X but I can't tell as i have the CS suite.
