iPod touch iPod touch album artwork blank in Albums section

It shows fine in coverflow, and when playing the individual songs, but when looking at the album section, a few albums (like 10) have blank spaces where the album art should be. It's literally blank white, not the music note you would expect. I tried redownloading the artwork, and that fixed 2 of them. I'm currently resyncing all the songs over again, but in case that doesn't work, has anyone experienced this problem before, and know how to fix it. iPod touch 2G 8GB by the way.
 
You have to make sure that the album artwork is applied to all the tracks in itunes. If they aren't then that is the result.
To fix highlight all the songs on the CD and right click for info. At this you will see a large box on the right lower hand side. You will want to paste the album artwork into that box which will then apply the artwork to all highlighted tracks. The just sync you ipod to itunes and that should fix the issue.
