Dual G5 noisier than single 1.6 GHz?

I have a single 1.6 GHz G5 and am considering upgrading to a new dual 1.8.

Can anybody tell me whether the new dual machine would be noisier than the SP? I know that it consumes quite a bit more power, but am not sure about the noise difference.

I can tell you that my ancient dual-2.0 (why, it's almost a year old 😉) is virtually silent, so I can't see how the dual-1.8 would be much louder than a 1.6. If anything, the 1.8 will be quieter than the 2.0 (marginally less power consumption/heat generation, plus newer components). I mean, it might be noisier (haven't heard a 1.6), but it's very quiet.
 
Thanks for your response. Does anyone know if the Rev. B 1.8 DP models are any quieter than the similar Rev. A models?
