Chicken or the Egg?

Just got an eMac 1.25 and 2 AExp units, have 6 week old 12" PB. Now I've not had a need to load 10.3.5, should I load the new OSX or get everything up and running 10.3.4. Upside w/10.3.4 is I know what I got. Downside unknown problems I may get with 10.3.5 and learning the wifi thang simultaneously. Will eventually add in my dual 450 g4 running 10.2.8.

Could be in over my tiny flat head! 🙁

BTW have posted a few threads recently and appreciate those who are sharing their knowledge! I am sure for many of us it has simplified and enhanced our Mac experience!

Go ahead and upgrade to 10.3.5. There is little or no difference to the common user, and it won't give you any extra problems for sure.

I agree with stoid and would add that learning the wifi shuffle is not all that difficult. Plug in AP Express. Connect with Macs. Enjoy. 🙂

I have noticed that 10.3.5 increased my wireless range

I loaded 10.3.5! Some thangs are runnin great others a bit clugy. same as everyone else. The fan ran for a couple of minutes right off the bat.

12" PB 1.33/768ram

All that I can say with 10.3.5 is that with a Epson 2200 - I( have have color issues under with a number of different settings, Once I did a "permissions" repair all was corrected. this was only a small"upset" compared to what I had to go under Windows in the past.

i guess i just don't understand why such a "simple" fix would make me happy.....

The upgrade to 10.3.5 is nothing compared to upgrading to SP2. I'm gonna do the SP2 upgrade on my secondary computer, before doing it on my first, to see how badly it screws up Norton AntiVirus, ZoneAlarm, and my other programs in my little "security-brigade" (see my sig).
