Hard Drive

Hi
Just wondering if any one can help with this...

Just connected an external hard drive after first formatted it etc. However although I have shown it as main drive the TV cannot see film files downloaded. Should I have formatted with something other than MAC OS Extended Journaled.

Thanks

Steve

Hard Drive..

The tv has beed hacked with ATV Flash.
I have a 1.5TB external hard drive set as the primary drive. However when I download various films onto drive it cannot see or play them. I have tried using same drive set as external drive and films are seen and played correctly, but I would like to be able to store films and music onto the 1.5TB external with it being set as the primary therefore make my tv having the bigger storage capability.
Thanks
Steve

Hm, i cannot help you here. atvflash does some strange things with their "plugin" and probably it is not tested properly.
It is usually a very simple process, but they manage to put a microsoft touch on their product...

Nice that you quoted it so now even though it was reported and deleted, the post still exists.
