Alright so I am kinda freaking out help.

Alright so today when I went to go use my iphone I noticed that I was missing a ton of programs ( I sync overnight ) and all my apps are corrupted on itunes how do I re download them without paying all over again?

You can re-download them for free once you have purchased them. There is a form somewhere on the Apple website which you fill in. I will find it right now.

Edit* Looks like you can just re-download apps straight away without the need to contact Apple.

Yes, you can just redownload the apps that corrupted and such. Also, I would contact Apple as this may be an issue they need to look into plus there is always the possibility of compensation which is likely.😉
