Recover Panther Password?

I am using Mac OS 10.3, and I have managed to lose the password to one of my accounts. I use the password for many services, and it's a neccessity that I figure it out.

Booting from the OSX install disk will let you reset the password.

Unfortunately, I need to recover a password; I do not need to reset any passwords.

Don't even bother. Just reset it - use the "forgot password" feature for the services, and if needed, use 7on's tip to reset your account password. Mac OS X passwords were designed to NOT be recoverable.
