If I'm reading correctly, you want to be able to hear the iPhone sounds (from Navigon) even when listening to AM or FM radio or using the Bluetooth function?

Unfortunately the stereo will only play the audio from the source you have selected, so the only way for you to hear the iPhone sound when you don't have the USB input selected is to unplug the cable and let the iPhone play through its speaker. I've never seen a radio that will play sound from both the USB connection AND another source at the same time.
