It Works - Bootcamp resizing - Sharing my experience
Just tried Camp Tune - Paragon's software for on the fly resizing of bootcamp partition.
I just did it and it worked like a charm.... no backup this and that and reinstall... nothing.
Downloaded the file, burned the disk, boot with the disk and press resize (see instructions on the site).
Just wanted to share with all of you !

Cool. That's great. I am sure this will come up in the future, as nobody wants to be stuck with a size when their needs may change drastically over time. It is tough to know exactly what size you will need before installing everything. It is too bad Apple doesn't have something like this implemented natively. But nice to know there's an option out there.
Thanks for sharing.
