Swan D1080MKii or M audio AV 40

Hi,

I am in a deep consideration choosing between the d1080 and av40.

I would probably get a sub woofer for either one of them. For those of you who had chance to use both of them please give me advice. And any suggestions for the sub woofers for each of them?
