Solid State Drive in Macbook?

Is possible to put one of these in? I have a Macbook 2.13 Ghz and was wondering if it is possible? Also what are the benefits of an SSD?


Sorry if the questions are dumb, but I'm new to macs, and a co-worker keeps recomending this.
 
You can. Do your homework on which one you want. Looks like intel is less problematic. If I don't sell my macbook, then will be getting one for mine. From what I hear, makes a world of difference.
