Wouldn't it be nice if the new Core i5 MBP came with IPS displays? The iMac got them in the last update, and the iPad sports one too. Until now I've always seen big IPS screens for professional work only, but now that there is going to be a 9.7" IPS display in the market (iPad), it would make sense to have them in the notebook line. That would make a HUGE difference in quality from what we have now.

This has already been discussed in numerous threads. Yes, it would be great provided Apple doesn't negatively affect battery life and drive up the notebook's cost.
