Am I covered for a free battery?

My Macbook battery isn't recharging and the Cycle count is at 97. Am I covered for a free battery? The Macbook is an A1185

Thanks, I'd like to be able to use this properly again!

Update: I used Battery Health Monitor Application and it said my battery is fine and it has charging capacity. Thoughts?

Go here and put in your serial number, if it says you are still under warranty they will replace it for free. If not you will have to pay for it.
