Anyone know a good WC3 mod website? I know bnet lets you download mods if you dont have but i was wondering if there was a source you could DL without bnet. Please include links thanks all .

there used to be alot of under construction MODS for WC2, there was a simpsons one, a Star Wars one, and it was very easy to edit all the text in the game, like change Peon to Slave or Grunt to Ugly Mofo.

It was easy then cuz it was all omni-directional sprites (wut i mean is sprites from all 8 directions for all animations) and all you had to do was draw alot. Now that WC3 is in 3D im sure its alot harder. Yeah they got those "mod maps" like Chrono Trigger and stuff, but you arent changing and adding stuff. Just moving it around using it in a different way. I like Arena of Champions maps.
