PLEASE READ AND REPLY jailbreaking memory usage

hello i have been using an ipod touch for 4-5 months now and i recently got a gen 1 32gb (replacing my 8gb gen2
and it is quite slow and id like to know how i can free up memory and what is running in the background so i can cancell the process because it is taking too much memory

kudos for any replies
no haters comments like you suck u dont deserve and iphone if you dont know how to to do that

Disabling certain launch daemons is probably the best thing you can do. There is a thread here about it.
 
Please don't shout in your thread title or your post. Also? You will get better responses if you don't cop an attitude with the people you're asking for help from.

Also, doesn't "PLEASE READ AND REPLY" describe the hope of every thread starter? In fact, isn't that the function of all online forums?
 
I'm sure everyone is rushing to help you with a poor demanding attitude like that. We don't get anything in return by putting our time and effort in assisting others. So please and thank you will work.
Threads and posts like yours will most likelly be ignored.
 
well, i will help you because you are new to this forum, and some other forums are like that. you just didnt know that this one wasnt. if you're not jailbroken, you can get system activity monitory on the appstore for around $2 which frees up memory. or if you are jailbroken, you can download sbsettings from cydia, and then slide ur finger across the top, tap on processes, then tap free memory.
