Newbie Help please-Connecting New Mac Mini to TV Help

Could someone kind please link to the correct cable(s) needed to connect a new mac mini which I have just ordered to my LCD TV please(1 HDMI port along with all usual ports)

Wanting to use it mainly as a Media Centre
Getting conflicting advice regarding audio and my and head is spinning.

I am in the UK for reference
