Here is the solution that will 100% help to all buddies who is struggling to get into the me.com.
Solution is very simple, just remember one thing while reseting your password. (DO NOT ENTER your apple id while resetting password, just use your (user@me.com) this will take you to another screen where it will ask two options either to send the address to your email account (user@me.com) or second your secret question. Select your second option and conitnue.
I am dead sure this will help. I was struggling like anything since one week, i found this and I am through.
