iPhone cloning - image/backup?
I was wondering if there is a way to "clone" the iPhone, i.e. to make a full image backup of everything as it is on the phone. Just like you'd use Acronis or Norton Ghost for PC backups.
Possibly also including the baseband firmware in the image?
Reason I ask is the iTunes backup doesn't really back up everything, not to mention a jailbroken phone and all the tweaks and settings for Winterboard, let's say.
So, is there a raw imaging tool for the iPhone?
Edit: Would copying the entire contents of / using WinSCP accomplish this?
