Joining two AirPort Extremes by ethernet to extend a wireless network

Hi,
We recently bought a new AirPort Extreme. As we already have one, we want to hook them up by ethernet, and the new one should extend the wireless network created by the old one. Is that possible?
Thanks in advance.
