I'm a Creative Director, so I get to look at a lot of portfolios, and if you're still in school, I think you're print design work is looking fine.
Here's what I would suggest. For your print designs, improve your typography. A few of your pieces just had center aligned text blocks as if you gave no thought to layout. Also, pay attention to typographical hierarchy with regards to headings and paragraphs. Create focus. Your layouts will be drastically improved with the correct layout of the copy.
As an aside, update your website, it doesn't have a very modern look. Take a look around at current web trends and give it a fresher look. The primary thing that jumps out is the side navigation with oval buttons, they just have a dated feel to them.
