Keep getting 'This Apple ID is not available'

Just tried to update application from mobile App Store and got this message after entering my iTunes account's password:

Any help how to fix this, or do I just have to wait it out? 😕

Emailed Apple, changed password via http://iforgot.apple.com and all working again.

I have been having this problem and I emailed Apple. They had no idea, but your help worked...
