No sound in Windows 7 on MBP (yes, I tried the Realtek Drivers...didn't work)

Why doesn't sound AUTOMATICALLY work in Windows 7? It says the driver it's using is good. Yet, I have no sound.

I tried to install the RealTek Drivers, and that did not work.

How do I get sound to work? Any other ideas?
