iPod touch Help please!

Hey all I'm new to the forum! I just got an Ipod Touch for christmas and it hasn't given me any other problems then the following. I've synced my Ipod to my computer before for apps but now I want to add more, it says that they are already on there but they aren't. I've tried everything so I descided to turn to other computer geeks 🙂 If you all could help please post!

Try to make a better title next time. You'll get more responses that way. You can edit your title by going to Edit>Go Advanced.

What do you mean by the apps are already "there?" On the computer or the iPhone?

Uh...did it ask you to transfer purchased apps? Or do you have apps from jailbreaking it...?
