When I get to the destination point during the installation it says I cannot install the software because there are newer or current drivers, but I never installed any previously. I looked in the prefs and nothing there and I searched for mouse drivers and nothing came up, any ideas?

The mouse that I have has a side button and the mouse button is clickable. That's why I did it, for the extra functionality.
