Quick Question about FairPlay

I'm having an arguement with someone over at the GameFAQs forums. They said that FairPlay has DRM similar to WMA, and it limits you to burning a CD 3 times, and allows you to copy the file and authorise it to 7 computers. I'm 100% certain this is wrong.

Could someone fill me in with the actual FairPlay limits?
