Some thoughts;

• Where does this logo end? Is it going to have a massive blank border or does it only get used on black? What happens if it gets cutout? These colors work well on black, but on white they would be nasty.

• Why say 3 twice? (surly once is enough).

• The blue line of text on the top looks snapped or broken. Not a good message!

• The spacing/size of all the different elements looks off (the < too close to the 3, the Studio type too large).

As for pricing the simplest way is hours + tax + expenses.

Thanks a lot for your reply. =)

No, it wont have such a big black border. However there will be a black border, because as you say the colours would look nasty on white.

I decided to take out all the blue text, you were right it does give the wrong message.

Better?

Before creating a logo, know the rules and principles of logo design. DEMS is a good acronym to remember.

D = Describable
E = Effective without colour
M = Memorable
S = Scalable

Start over.

Start over. Make it black on white.

Use guides/grid to make everything line up.

It looks like someone shook a keyboard and you called what fell off your logo.

Sorry to be so harsh, but you should start over :eek:

I have to agree with this advice. There is just too much wrong (text on various angles, hard to read, too many colors etc) to really 'tweak'.

I'm not advocating stealing but here is a site just to get the creative thinking going again: http://logopond.com/

What kind of studio is it?
What does less than 3 mean, the time it takes to knock out a logo?
The logo says nothing about the business.

Rocking my iPhone against the keyboard while holding down the shift key, I came up with this design. Then I "quickly" changed the size and color of some characters.

Joking aside, you could probably get better results from TypeisArt.com.
