remote wakeup windows 7 comp.

I want to remote wake up a windows 7 computer from my mac laptop. I have them in share mode and want to be able to wake up the desktop from my laptop.

Any suggestions on how? and what software?Directions etc.
Im completely lost so far but have them being shared is solid.
