Anyway to open iWork "pages" files on a PC?

I made some flyers that I need to take to the library to print - but obviously there is no iWork "Pages" app on these PC's..

Any way to open them in a typical app or convert them etc?

Or you can save them as PDF via the Print menu, thus you may not loose any formatting, which may happen during the conversion to .doc.
