Cinema Displays -> Use as TVs?

I'm looking at possibly buying the 23-inch Cinema Display in the months ahead. Does anyone know if you can also use it to watch TV? If so, what's required?

Do you mean "while attached to a Mac"? Because, if so, then, yes it can. See elgato for solutions.

Otherwise, I'm not so sure.
