Am I correct in assuming this means manufactured in week 11 of 2010?

Approximately week of 15 March?

So far, no issues. This is a replacement I7 from Apple. My previous I7 had a minor issue that had nothing to do with the video streaking/yellow problems.

Date of manufacture

How can I work out the date of manufacture of my iMac?

What were your issues you had? I'm on my second i7 as well.

My first one, the Optical and HD were EXTREMELY loud!

This one is a little better.
