Is there anyway you can view flash animation of sorts? I haven't been able to view any.

Have you downloaded and installed Flash Player 7? I would think that it would come pre-installed with Mac OS X, but who knows.

Safari doesn't really handle Java all that well. Download Mozilla, and try the webpage in that.
