How to keep iTunes from removing the leading "The" & "A" in artists name?

I'd like to be able to have iTunes show the word "The" in front of "Goo Goo Dolls" or "Beatles".

How can I make iTunes display or organize my music with the words "The" & "A"?
 
Yeah, I knew it didn't remove it. I just want it to be organized by "The" instead of "B" for "Beatles".
