Apple TV sync performance

On some old threads here, people were complaining about the sync performance, others say it's fine. Then someone said the 2.02 firmware update messed up sync speeds.

With the current firmware, what speeds do you typically see over wired ethernet with the Apple TV (syncing from your mac)?

If you haven't measured the actual speed, how long does it take you to transfer a 1 gig file? (with wired, not wireless)

I get consistent 90Mb/s over wired ethernet. No problems here.
