I have an apple tv (installed witnh ATV flash) and a revo 3600.Both have ext hard drives at the moment with my movie media. I want to move all my movies, music and photos to a common drive so I am not updating 2 drives everytime.
Can anyone recommend a solution? I am assuming this will be a NAS of some sort. I am not familiar with these. I am looking for a simple set up where my ATV/REVO/PC all read from the common HDD. Can this be done? would the playback of movies on the ATV and REVO be as smooth over wireless N as it would over current USB connection?,,I might also be interested in a solution that backed up all the data on to a seperate drive also for security, Budget around £200. Any experiences would be helpful.
