Anyone else had an issue with app icon organization?

When I hold down the app icon they wiggle as normal. But its not letting me move them over to another app page for some reason... Anyone else having issues like this?

If you move them past the black boarder they will bounce back to where they were. Just move them to the edge of the black boarder and they will move to another page.

I've had an issue with the icon organization in iTunes. For example, I had installed Pages via iTunes and on the iPad it was on the second Springboard page. iTunes, however, insisted it was on the first page. Not sure what I did to ultimately get them in sync (that's a few days and beers ago) but it left me 😕😕😕
