Weight of iPad in box brand new?
Hi guys i'm trying to buy one online and i'm trying to work out what an accurate shipping price is. Any idea how much the whole thing in box weighs? and the dimensions of the box? I want to know what's fair price to pay for shipping to the UK on eBay. thanks.

I had it weighed at a UPS Store for when I shipped it to a buyer on eBay. The box is unsurprisingly about three pounds. The dimensions of the box are roughly 11x8x2.

I think UPS said my box was 1.6 KG, which is 3.5 pounds. Seems like a bit much but maybe that's right. The box is kinda big, has the power supply, two heavy cardboard support pieces, and then the shipping box outside of that, so could be about right.
