Bluetooth keyboard track change avrcp

I just got my ipad today with my brand new apple bluetooth keyboard. And i was listening to my music while browsing the web. And i noticed that i could change the track, raise the volume and pause. I haven't been able to change the track with my bluetooth 2.1 headset. Does this mean that apple does allows avrcp now, but limited to their keyboard?

On another note, I also hope that they allow the keyboard to be able to scroll in safari. Its a pain to browse a page and with ur hand, while u have in a stand.
